Copper tube in the copper industry occupies an important position,with the rapid development of the national economy,it has been widely used in air conditioning,refrigeration and other fields.With the country into the reform of deep water,energy conservation,environmental protection requirements are getting higher and higher.In this context,the air conditioning industry is also developing trend of high efficiency and energy saving.Among them,the key part of air conditioning heat conduction-the quality of the TP2 internal spiral copper pipe has become an important area of the air conditioning industry research.Many studies have shown that the application of pulse current has a significant role in the refinement of the metal structure at high temperature.On the other hand,induction heating has been widely used in industry because of its advantages of fast heating and high efficiency.The two get inspired and intermediate frequency heat treatment applying pulse current on TP2 inner grooved copper tube,copper tube to improve the organization,in order to avoid the shortcomings of the traditional method of high cost,and can improve the tooth thread,efficiently improve the brass.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:First of all,the ANSYS software is used to calculate the intermediate frequency induction heating and the pulse current of the TP2 inner spiral copper tube.The parameters of induction heating and pulse current based on ANSYS calculation under different parameters,temperature field,electromagnetic force and the whole cross section of the tube and the distribution of pulse current,the parameters effect on the pulse current,pulse current parameters to find the ideal maximum aggregation in the thread of the tooth set.Secondly,the induction heating experiments of adding and not adding electricity to the TP2 inner thread copper tube.The pulse current,which is based on the ANSYS simulation of the pulse current parameters,multiple groups of experiments.Subsequently,the parameters of induction heating were also set up,and the corresponding experimentswere done.Get the samples in each group after completion of the experiment,and through metallographic experiment,to confirm that the pulse current can join the refinement of TP2 inner grooved copper tube,and verify the accuracy and reliability of simulation parameters simulated by law.Thirdly,combined with the experimental data and numerical calculation,we can find out the ideal parameter setting for the structure of copper thread.
