At present, the new nano silver conductive ink is a hot research at home and abroad.However,nano silver has some performance deficiency,such as uncontrollable particle size,poor dispersivity in ink, electrical conductivity is affected by temperature,Therefore, preparing the green,fast,particle size controlled of nano silver,water-based ink preparation to adapt to a variety of printing materials was the key problem of nano silver conductive ink.The purpose of this paper was to preparing a kind of nano silver with smaller particle size and controllable by a green environmental protection,which was used to prepare water-based AgNPs conductive ink as the conductive phase.The reaction was carried out with AgN03 as the precursor of silver, ascorbic acid as reducing agent, PVP as protective dispersant, T = 60 ?, pH =7?8, reaction 1h. Preparation of particle controlled nano silver particles by Green Reduction Method with adding reducing Agent. Through the analysis of reaction principle, macro color,storage time, SEM, TEM, SAED,conductivity,it was determined that nano silver was prepared successfully. Nano silver has good color, good dispersion, no reunion phenomenon,uniform particle size, in the 50-60nm,smaller resistivity,p=1.44?/cm, which M(AgN03) =0.01mol/L, m(AgN03):m(PVP):m(ascorbic acid)=2:4:1.5.Choosing waterborne polyurethane/polyacrylate composite resin as the binder,which overcome the poor color of acrylic resin defects, but also has high strength, tear resistance, wear resistance, solubility and other advantages. The conductivity of waterborne polyurethane /polyacrylate and nano silver complexes was analyzed with different nano silver content, and the conductivity of comlexes was better when the silver content was 60%?66.7%. Content of nano silver not only affected the ink conductivity, but also has the important impact of the printability of printing ink. Through the analysis of the ink viscosity value during different content of nano silver, combined with electrical conductivity, referred to the water-based ink standard Q/(GZ) SGYM 1-2003, it was determined that water-based AgNPs conductive ink has best ink viscosity ,?=37Pa, best conductivity, the resistance was 9.4Q/?.For the preparation of water-based nano silver conductive ink performance testing considering heat treatment temperature, the effect on the properties of conductive ink film thickness,which was determined that the conductive ink has best performance when T=150?,ink layer thickness d=30um,and it was expected to be adapted to all kinds of printing mode and applicated in packaging and printing, medical, RFID and other fields.
