With the development of solar photovoltaic technology,Si,Compound,Ferroelectric and other kinds of new photovoltaic materials could be researched and developed,becoming one of the hotspots in the field of new energy materials.Ferroelectric materials have unique photovoltaic effect,can produce an large open-circuit voltage,showing an unique application advantage.But its photoelectric conversion efficiency is very little,restricting its application.This research starts with the problem that how to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of ferroelectric materials,Combining the sol-gel method,Using lead acetate,acetylacetone zirconium and butyl titanate as the raw materials to produce Pb(Zr0.4Ti0.6)O3(This article referred to as the PZT)film which is polycrystal.Combined with XRD,Photovoltaic performance and Ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy to analyze the performance of PZT film.This research discussed the preparation process of PZT film and ZnO/PZT composite film based on the electrode of LaNiO3,and the improvement of photovoltaic performance of PZT film and ZnO/PZT composite film based on polarization field,and the results show that:(1)With the molar ratio of Pb:Zr:Ti=1.1:0.4:0.6,under the condition of 650 ? with 2h,can obtain PZT thin film with good crystallization and photoelectric properties,and the photoelectric conversion efficiency can reach 1.13×10-4 %.On the basis,the photoelectric conversion efficiency of ZnO/PZT film is 3.86×10-3 %,which prepared by sol-gel technique,increasing 30 times compared to PZT film.(2)Dealing PZT ferroelectric film with different polarization fields,when the polarization voltage is +10 V,PZT film can obtain the high photoelectric conversion efficiency,reaching 1.17×10-3 %,increasing 10 times compared to the original state.(3)Dealing ZnO/PZT composite film with different polarization fields,when the polarization voltage is +10 V,the photoelectric conversion efficiency of ZnO/PZT film can reach 1.64×10-2 %,increasing four times compared to the original state.
