The hydrostatic bearing has been widely used in precision equipment, heavy machinery and aerospace, because of its good error homogenization, low working wear, long service life, good vibration absorption performance, large speed range, large carrying capacity and high rotation precision. Aviation and other fields. Especially in precision machine tools, the use of hydrostatic bearings is more extensive. In this paper, the hydrostatic bearing of precision grinding machine is studied, including the design calculation, simulation analysis and performance test of bearing. The main contents of this paper include:(1) The principle of hydrostatic bearing is analyzed. Based on the basic assumptions of the fluid, the basic mathematical model of hydrostatic bearing is established. Using the basic equations of flow continuous equation, oil film thickness equation and Reynolds equation,Compile the hydrostatic bearing performance calculation software.(2) The system design of the static pressure spindle is selected, and the structural parameters of the spindle rotor are selected. The design of the core components hydrostatic bearing is completed and the key parameters are checked. At the same time, the static pressure parameters such as oil supply pressure, load and bearing flow were calculated by hydrostatic bearing performance calculation software.(3) Using the ansys finite element analysis software, the hydrodynamic hydrodynamic bearing is analyzed by fluid-solid coupling, and the temperature rise and thermal deformation of the hydrostatic bearing at 2000, 4000, 6000 and 8000 r/min are analyzed and compared. The effect of pressure and temperature on the bearing pad.
