In recent years,the research and application of heat insulation and anti-corrosion coating technology has developed rapidly.Heat insulation and anti-corrosion coating is a new kind of functional coating,which can effectively prevent heat conduction,reduce the temperature of the surface coating and the internal environment,thereby improving the working environment and reducing energy consumption.At present,thermal insulation and anti-corrosion coating has been widely used in military,construction,shipbuilding,vehicles,energy and chemical fields.With the development of ultra fine powder technology,especially the breakthrough of nano materials technology,the research results of nano reflective thermal insulation coatings are gratifying.In the container industry,due to the special nature of the industry,the research and application of thermal insulation anti-corrosion coating is lagging behind.If the application of heat insulation anticorrosion technology on the container,will reduce the temperature inside container transportation,improve quality,reduce waste and damage.In this paper,the conventional coating system of container,the process of large-scale manufacturing,thermal insulation coating and heat insulating filler are systematically studied.Based on the idea of using traditional coating technology to prepare composite coatings by adding heat insulation fillers to improve the thermal insulation performance of traditional coatings,the container heat insulation coating matching system of "conventional coating system of container coating + heat insulation filler" is put forward.The surface Al2O3 coated rutile TiO2 is selected as the heat insulation filler of the container thermal insulation coating.Laboratory experiment phase,puts forward two step thermal insulation coating preparation process,from the two aspects of heat insulation performance and conventional performance verification technology project feasibility study,selected the best insulation filler content component design(16% nanometer particle content).The factory test,verify the adaptability of thermal insulation coatings for large-scale manufacturing container coating process,and the heat insulation performance of fcl.The comparison test data show that the 16% nanometer particle content test coating,the heat insulation coating box is lower than the conventional paint box maximum box air temperature 11.3 degrees Celsius.This study laid a good foundation for the application of thermal insulation coatings in the container industry.
