Pyrylium salts is a kind of important organic synthesis intermediate,which can synthesize many kinds of functional materials,such as pyrydium salts and p-phenyl oligomer.In this paper,we synthesized conjugated zwitterions and polycyclic aromatic polymers based on pyrylium salts precursors,and we have studied the application of conjugated zwitterions in organic solar cell cathode interface modification and application of polycyclic aromatic polymers in electrochemical deposition and supercapacitors.Specific research contents are as follows:Fistly,two conjugated zwitterions of PyPoPh2 and PyPo were synthesized by condensation of pyrylium salts and aminophenols,which were outstanding large negative solvatochromism and alchol-soluble.The position of its longest-wavelength intramolecular charge-transfer(CT)absorption band depends on solvent polarity.We designed inverted organic solar cells device ITO/ZnO/zwitterions/ PTB7: PC71BM/MoO3/Al,we used ZnO/ PyPo double layer structure to make cathode interlayer and achieved PCE of 8.45% in organic solar cells.We used PyPoPh2 and PyPo dyes doping ZnO to fabricate photoconductive cathode interlayer and improve the PCE of inverted organic solar cells device ITO/ZnO: zwitterions/PTB7:PC71BM/ MoO3/Al.The highest power conversion efficiency is 8.56% and 8.76%,respectively.We doped PyPoph2 and PyPo with the ratio of same concentration(3%wt)into Zinc Oxide,the power conversion efficiency is further improved to 8.95%,and a higher fill factor(more than 70%)is obtained.With the thickness of the photoconductive cathode interlayer changed from 30 nm to 60 nm,the device performance(8.44%)changed slightly due to the photoconductivity interlayer.Secondly,we successfully synthesized novel polycyclic aromatic conjugated polymer poly-HBC-PDIC20,poly-HBC-PDIC36 and poly-CDI-HBC based on a new precursor with a double U-shaped unit.The poly-HBC-PDIC36 and poly-CDI-HBC were obtained by chemical oxidation.Due to its low solubility in solution,we successfully fabricated film of the fused polymer poly-CDI-HBC by electrochemical deposition.Notably,UV-vis absorption and Raman spectra analysis indicated the formation of the extended π-conjugated HBC and CDI units in the polymer.The formed HBC units are π-π stacking parallel to the surface of ITO,and the film shows photoconductive behavior.Such conjugated polymers are a candidate for two-dimensional carbon materials on the application in supercapacitors as p/n-doped electrode materials.A maximum specific capacitance reaches up to 120 F g-1 for n-doped film was obtained at current density of 10 A g-1,and 63 F g-1 for p-doped film was obtained at current density of 0.5 A g-1,calculated from the discharge curves.With the current density increasing from 0.5 to 40 A g-1,the specific capacitance still retained 80 F g-1,suggesting that the electrode has a high-rate capacity performance.
