The scattering spectrum can represent the target material type,structure composition,surface characteristics and other information effectively.Also it has the characteristics of the target type and equipped with material properties.Because it has high accuracy of measurement and wide analytical range,the analytical technique of scattering spectra is gradually becoming a new hotspot in the field of space target detection.And it can be complemented by other space exploration techniques effectively.In recent years,with the exploration and research in the field of space science,the analysis of scattering spectrum and irregular fold surface attracted more attention to and practical application.However,many target surfaces have a complex structure,it will influence the scattering surface brightness of the object and its distribution of the calculation results.In this thesis,we are mainly study the scattering spectra of the target sample on the same light source.The scattering spectrum of the target is calculated by analyzing the scattering spectra of the target surface,and the surface topography is obtained.And the influence of the birefringence distribution function on its value.The research contents are as follows:1.Based on the definition of birefringence distribution function formula,the scattering spectrum acquisition system of sample surface is established,and the factors that influence the surface scattering spectrum of material under certain conditions are analyzed and experimented by the method of scattering spectrum analysis.The scattering spectra of two different surface topography samples were measured at different angles.The scattering spectra were analyzed by the pretreatment of experimental data,the theory of light scattering and the principle of bidirectional reflection distribution function.2.The surface of the wrinkled is observed by metallographic microscope.The shadow area of the surface is divided into different areas and directions.Finally,the birefringence distribution function values obtained by different methods and corresponding detection conditions are used to study the target surface morphology.Its bidirectional reflection distribution function value of the purpose.3.By comparing the experimental data,it can be found that the bimodal reflection distribution function value of the smooth surface material is much higher than the birefringence distribution function value of the surface material when the zenith angle is less than 20 °,The birefringence distribution function value of the surface of the smooth material surface changes sharply,while the value of the birefringence distribution of the surface of the fold material decreases,but the brightness gradually approaches or exceeds the brightness of the smooth material surface,The birefringence distribution has a strong influence on the birefringence distribution function of the target material,and the birefringence distribution function of the surface under some detection angles is the order of magnitude which higher than the corresponding smoothing.
