Because of its simple operation, convenient carrying and high integration, the microreactor has become a research hotspot. The purpose of this issue is to designand fabricate different microfluidic chipswith microchannels of different structures and then apply themin the synthesis of Au nanostructures.PDMS microfluidic chip with different micro-channel structures was fabricated by integrating photolithography method and molding method, using PDMS as the fabrication material and silicon wafer as a template. The fabricating process of the chip was in-depth explored.Gold nanosheets were prepared from ascorbic acid by one step reduction of chloroauric acid and applied to the catalytic oxidation of glucose. The results of transmission electron microscopy(TEM)show that the size and thickness of the prepared materials decreasedwith the increase of injection velocity, but the particle size distribution is uniform. The results of electrochemical tests show that the material has a certain catalytic activity of glucose oxidation but the sensitivity is not high. The gold hexagonal prism and the gold triangular prism were prepared by the photoexcitation principle under the condition of iodine ion and without iodine ion, respectively. The results of electrochemical tests show that the gold hexagonal prism prepared in this paper has a high catalytic activity for glucose oxidation,14 times of the catalytic activity of the prepared material through traditional method.
