Gold catalysts are widely studied in recent years and widely applied in many research field of organic synthesisas a new type of transition metal catalystsThis thesis mainly includes two parts: the first part focused on the intermolecular hydroalkoxylation of N-allenyl sulfonamides with oximes catalyzed by cationic gold(I)salts.The second part explored to synthesis N2-alkyl-1,2,3-trizoles via gold catalyzed alkylation of 1-sulfonyl-1,2,3-trizoles with vinyl ethers.Part 1:An intermolecular hydroalkoxylation of N-allenyl sulphonamides with oximes has been achieved under mild Au(I)catalysis conditions delivering allyloximino E-enesulfonamides stereoselectively in moderate to high yield.The products contain two vitalfunctionalities,imines and enesulfonamides,within one framework through an oxygen bridgeandthe reaction is made possible via a convenient method for conjugatedN-sulfonyliminium formation.Part 2:An efficient new method was developed to synthesis N2-alkyl-1,2,3-trizoles via gold catalyzed alkylation of 1-sulfonyl-1,2,3-trizoles with ethers.The sulfonyl group in the 1-sulfonyl-1,2,3-trizoles acted as the leaving group,which was trapped by H2 O in this reaction.
