Mold is widely used in the automotive industry,mobile phone industry and aerospace industry and other fields,so the mold CNC machining accuracy is an important research object.With the shape of the product parts change thousands,making the shape of the mold vary widely,especially when the mold has more corners.These angles are different from the acute angle,obtuse angle and other internal and external transition connection,making the milling process,the tool to increase the milling force fluctuations and will make the workpiece tremor,processing efficiency and other issues.In this paper,the machining efficiency and milling force of plane corner milling are studied.First of all,access to the status quo at home and abroad research,the corner of the optimization of processing in three ways:(1)numerical control system control,the use of numerical control system's own control methods such as motion trajectory interpolation characteristics,speed forward pretreatment,acceleration and deceleration motion control and so on;(2)tool path,consider the optimal path,knife optimization;(3)process parameters,the main consideration feed rate,cutting depth and spindle speed and other parameters.Comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the three ways,this paper uses the process parameters.Secondly,the relationship between the position parameters of the milling cutter and the workpiece is analyzed,and the true trajectory of the blade in the milling process is obtained.The mathematical expression of the corresponding parameter in the machining process of the corner corner milling is given.Aiming at the typical mold cavity corner,the contact geometry of the milling cutter and the workpiece in the milling process is analyzed by using the geometrical theory.The trend of the instantaneous contact angle between the milling cutter and the workpiece is obtained,and according to the instantaneous contact angle The instantaneous milling area of the blade in the corner machining process is solved,and the formula for calculating the instantaneous milling area of the blade is established.Moreover,using the simulation software DEFORM-3D,the simulation parameters of the design scheme are simulated and the milling load curve is obtained.Based on the statistical analysis method,the "3?" principle is used in MATLAB to eliminate the simulation The result of the abnormal data to ensure the reliability of the simulation data.Through the function of milling force,cutter torque and feed quantity and cutter speed,the exponential formula is transformed into linear formula,which provides the basis for data analysis.The simulation results are analyzed by MATLAB software,and the prediction model of milling force and milling torque is obtained.The reliability of the data is verified by analyzing the linear correlation and linear fitting degree of the data.Finally,the basic theory,form and design flow of particle swarm algorithm(POS)are introduced in detail.According to the basic form of the algorithm,the mathematical model of function and constraint condition of optimization target is deduced.According to the basic process,the optimization program is compiled in MATLAB software,Iterative operation results show that the milling parameters after corner milling are set to save 54.75% and 58.20% faster than the experience parameter setting.
