Design And Implementation Of Quality Control System For Cold Rolling Products Based On Data Miniing And SPC

This paper from the Anshan Iron And Steel Group Corporation of major science and technology project "cold rolled product quality control and forecast project" in the existing information system under the conditions of continuous improvement,each layer of the system data fully utilize,analysis,control and prediction on key indicators of the effects of cold rolling product quality,to provide system support and reference to improve the quality of cold rolling products and auxiliary product development.In order to realize the quality control and improvement of the cold rolling production process,this paper introduces the Statistical Process Control chart and data mining into the new quality control process on the basis of analyzing the shortcomings of the original one.The SPC was carried out to monitor the important parameters in production process,which will ensure the production process steady and find the unusual fluctuations promptly.Make the best of the mass data of the information systems in the Cold Rolling production to mining the relevancy rules hidden in the quality index,chemical composition data and process parameters.To this end,the establishment of a unified data warehouse collection,processing scattered at all levels of information in the island of valuable data,as a source of mining analysis.Based on the basis of the experience and the relevancy analysis results,use neural network and decision tree to establish quality index forecast models.By testing the error prediction model,choose the optimal model for the production process quality control and prediction,on-line rolling performance index prediction model and prediction based on the function of artificial hand,effectively adjust the production process parameters in the desired direction to adjust the quality index.To achieve the above goals,based on the cold rolling production in index analysis,data acquisition software,data mining analysis software through the mature software framework of mature integrated together,we complete the development of quality control and prediction system for cold rolled products.
