Large reciprocating compressor is the high energy-consuming equipment in the process of refining and chemical industry.Scientific and reasonable load regulation is an important premise to ensure the efficiency of the compressor.This subject combines the actual operation of refining equipment.It aims at the situation that the hydrogen compressor unit in the hydrogenation unit has a large surplus of compressed gas and the situation that the operation efficiency of the unit is obviously low.Also this subject aims to develop a load regulation technique that can adjust the gas flow before the compression work according to the actual needs of hydrogen production.In this way it can overcome the present situation of large power consumption and high energy consumption.The main research contents of this subject are as follows:To establish the mathematical models of piston compressor moving mechanism.To analyze the mathematical relationship between crankshaft rotation and reciprocating motion of piston.To study the law of piston speed and displacement.To analyze the cycle process of piston compressor stage and to deduce the equations of the working processes such as the expansion stroke,the suction stroke,the back-flow stroke)and the compression and discharge stroke.To make use of the cycle process curve and to be similar to the actual exhaust flow.To study the relation between the duration of forced air valve and the actual exhaust flow,combining the motion law of the compressor movement mechanism.To explore the relationship between exhaust flow capacity and rotational motion.According to the research,design the gas regulation control scheme and the actuator.To integrate the control system and the existing distributed control system(DCS).After the project design,I have upgraded the original load regulation system of the compressor unit.The load regulation system can be compressed according to actual needs operates by delaying the closing of the suction valve.In this way it can avoid a lot of idle work.It can also achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
