The large-scale using of advanced composite materials is one of the development trends of design and analysis technology.Composites structural integrity verification must meet the requirements of strength,stiffness,damage tolerance,durability and functionality.It has obvious effects on improving aeroelasticity and reducing structural weight,which is beneficial to improve the comprehensive performance.Although the progress of the composite design technology level is very significant,the finite element program also improves the complex structure of stress and strain analysis accuracy,but reliable prediction of composite failure mode,ultimate load capacity is still very difficult,so all the key composite materials must use the building block type test method to carry on the integrity verification.Block-type test method is an analysis and verification procedures,the use of incremental test piece size and level of practice and analysis of test validation to ensure that the quality of the project research.This paper uses the method of virtual and real to complete the structural block test verification,that is,through the use of structural simulation analysis and physical testing of the combination of measures to improve the level of verification,and formed a complete virtual and experimental technology solutions.In this paper,T800 / 603 A carbon fiber resin matrix composites were used as the object of study.Three kinds of composite materials were selected to verify the characteristics of the target structure.A simulation analysis model was established to predict the failure modes and bearing ability.On the basis of theoretical analysis,three types of composite components were designed and completed,and valid experimental data were obtained.The results show that the failure modes of the stiffened wall,the open wall and the joint are all buckling failure.The test results are consistent with the theoretical analysis,which shows the reliability of the simulation analysis.By comparing the physical experiment with theoretical analysis,the goal of virtual simulation and experimental verification of complete closed loop is achieved,which can provide some reference for related work.
