Superhydrophobic surface has wide application in many fields for its special surface wetting properties,such as self-cleaning,anti-icing,anti-corrosion,oil-water separation,etc.Two required elements of superhydrophobic surface are low surface energy and suitable surface roughness based on micro/nanoscale structure.Therefore,two kinds of approaches had been raised,one is building rough structure using hydrophobic materials,and the other one is bonding low surface materials on the rough surface.In this thesis,organosilicon materials were used to fabricate several superhydrophobic surfaces by modifying the fumed Si O2 nanoparticles,silicon aerogels and the etched aluminum.Compared to fluoro-containing materials,organosilicon materials have lower cost and friendlier to environment.In addition,the surface morphology and the component were be controlled to reach the excellent superhydrophobic properties.The main research contents are shown as follows:1)Preparing superhydrophobic surface by dipping fumed Si O2 nanoparticles/ PDMS(OH)nanocomposites suspension on glass.The excellent superhydrophobic properties was reached by adding 20wt% modifier PDMS(OH)under the pH=4,continually reacting for 24 h and dipping 8 times.The coatings' surface morphology and component was characterized by SEM,FTIR,EDS.And the coatings showed good thermal stability and transparency but weak mechanical stability.2)Preparing superhydrophobic surface by dipping aerogel/ PDMS(OH)nanocomponents suspension.The excellent superhydrophobic surface was reached by the aerogel materials made by Na2 Si O3 and hexamethyldisilazane.A “surface adhesion” made by Qsil 216 between the superhydrophobic coatings and subtract remarkably improved the mechanical stability and thermal stability.3)Preparing superhydrophobic surface by etching with HCl and modifying by octyltriethoxysilane on the aluminum.The coatings' surface morphology and component was characterized by SEM and XPS.And the coatings showed good mechanical stability.
