The pollution on the surface of ocean vessels will reduce the longevity and efficiency of the vessels,causing economic loss and energy consumption.Under the support of manned aerospace pre-research program and to develop light quality detergent,this paper uses graphene oxide composite lauryl betaine to prepare composite detergent.This experiment has designed two kinds of graphene oxide/betaine composite: GO-LB and GO-KH550-LB.Analysis methods such as FITR,XPS,1H NMR,TG,SEM are adopted to analysis the representation of graphene oxide radical composite.The result of test demonstrates the successful preparation of graphene oxide plus the grafting of lauryl betaine.TG analysis shows that the heat stability of GO-LB is superior than GO-KH550-LB,and SEM shows the surface coagulation between GOLBand GO-KH550-LB.It adopts contact angle test,foamability and emulsibility test,and evaluates the properties of graphene oxide/betaine composite in wettability,foamability,and emulsibility,etc.Taking dodecyl betaine by comparison,the contact angle test shows that GO-LBand and GO-KH550-LB are characterized by wettability.The Krafft point temperature of GO-LB and GO-KH550 are respectively 57.6 ? and 64.3 ?.The foamability of GO-LB is superior to GO-KH550-LB,and emulsibility of GO-KH550-LB is superior to GO-LB.Taking lauryl betaine by comparison,it gives analysis of cleaning ability in graphene oxide/ betaine for common sea fouling organism: mussel,alga,protein,and oil stain,testifying the decontaminating ability of graphene oxide/ lauryl betaine nano composite.The ability of GO-LB in cleaning of seaweed,protein,and mussel is stronger than GO-KH50-LB,and the ability of GO-KH550-LB in cleaning of grease is stronger than GO-LB.It makes use of skin stimulation test,skin allergy test to research the safety of graphene oxide/betaine nanocomposite.The toxicological properties of graphene oxide/betaine nanocomposite are represented by emergency oral toxicity test.The result shows that GO-LB will not stimulate skin,and GO-KH550-LB will only slightly stimulate skin.But both will not produce allergy effect.LD50 value of GOLB and GO-KH550-LB is respectively 1258 mg/kg and1164 mg/kg,demonstrating low toxicity and safety of graphene oxide/betaine nanocomposite.
