Recently,the demand for both printing products and the printing quality is increasing.Gravure printing,as one of the printing technologies,mostly uses engraving technology.It make the carving needle of carving head device vibrate carving,engraving printing plate,and producing net hole.The electronic engraving head is usually driven by a power amplifier or a variable frequency power supply.However,due to the driving device mismatching the parameter of engraving head,the open-loop output of the driving device and other reasons,the amplitude of the carving head is not stable.So the depth of the engraving material is effected,and the quality of engraving becomes worse.According to the requirement of amplitude control and characteristic of engraving head structure,this thesis designs the hardware and software of the driving power that can control the output current,and affect the engraving head device outputting stable amplitude.Based on the analysis of the engraving head structure and its equivalent magnetic circuit,this thesis points out the relation between the current and the output force.According to the relation and the actual impedance characteristics of the engraving head,the output parameters of the engraving head driving power supply are obtained.Then,this thesis designs the circuit structure and parameters including the power circuit and the digital circuit,and realize the function of controlling voltage and frequency.In order to achieve the great following characteristics and good dynamic response of output current,fuzzy PID adaptive algorithm is selected to adjust the current process.According to the change law of step response of the designed circuit,the parameters of fuzzy PID adaptive control algorithm are designed,which can to some extent improve the dynamic and speediness of the power supply system.In order to realize the function of selecting the output current range of the circuit,the voltage regulation of the single closed loop PID voltage regulation is designed on the pre circuit structure.Then,for verifying the design of the circuit structure and control algorithm,the MATLAB software is used to simulate and analyze the designed structure and algorithm respectively,and prove the rationality.At the same time in order to verify the effect of the power supply design,engraving head device driver power prototype is developed,and regards the power production as the core to build an experimental platform.Finally,the thesis test the current control effect on output amplitude stability and dynamic,and test the effect of machining experiment on the machining process of the driving power source to sculpture.
