The first chapter introduces the working characteristics of the converter tilting mechanism, the main work should meet the requirements of its process, operating mechanism should be flexible, and tilting mechanism must be safe and reliable. It requires less work area, compact structure, easy maintenance and high efficiency. Then it introduces the form of the placement, which are full suspension, semi suspension and landing type. The final part introduces that a reducer occupies is in an important position in the converter tilting mechanism. It lays the foundation for future research. In the second chapter,I mainly explain the related knowledge of bo nd graph, the development of bond graph, the introduction of bond graph theory, the introduction of bond graph element and the increase of bond graph,From four aspects the bond graph theory is understood. In the third chapter,I study the nonlinear bond graph model of a single pair of gears, and extend it to the nonlinear bond graph model. This chapter added to sliding friction and time-varying meshing stiffness is nonlinear reason on a graph model of reducer, which gets the key of the single tooth gear bond graph pattern, and then deduces the primary reducer bond graph pattern to make preparation for the dynamic failure of converter tilting mechanism under the step response analysis. In the fourth chapter, the dynamic response of several kinds of fault parameters is studied. They are damping, meshing time-varying stiffness, gear backlash, error excitation, and excitation frequency. They are at fault time on dynamic response of the system dynamic graph and theory of system response diagram for comparison. Then the study obtains the dynamic response graph corresponds to the tooth surface contact fatigue damage, root fracture, tooth wear and tooth plastic deformation.
