Research And Design Of CDQ's Process Control

CDQ has got more and more attention in our country,because it has three major advantages of saving energy,protecting environment and a good quality of coke.Moreover,it has great social benefits and economic benefits.At present,CDQ in domestic and foreign development is very fast,but the application at home is a lot later than abroad,and the automatical control is just at the beginning of development,so the control system of CDQ has very important significance.With 3*140t/h CDQ in Qian'an Zhonghua Coal Chemical Industrial Co,Ltd.,as the background,according to the actual situation which is a research of the focus and difficult for control,a design is made to improve the control performance.The article introduces the general situation of the control system and the main control function of CDQ.In order to improve the control precision of the hoist's speed,the vector control with the speed closed-loop is proposed,and the hardware redundancy enhances the reliability of the system.In the coke exhaust,after a concrete analysis of each specific question,and using the Smith Predictive Control the influence to the other parameter is greatly decreased,and working environment gets better.By means of a mixed cotrol mode of level + time,the life of the main equipment is greatly expanded,and the labor intensity is reduced.The relationship among the parameters of each variable in gas circle is studied.The design of pre-chamber's pressure with Selective control reinforces the steady of the furnace.The program of changing the calculation of the import air volume,gives a more precise and better control.The control with frequency not only accurately regulates of circulating gas flow but also more save energy.The furnace's level is calculated which is more close to the real value by the level-meter and program optimization.Through the commissioning the system can satisfy the requirement of our company,CDQ gets more stable,more efficient,more convenient and safer.
