The problem of wear failure is very serious.According to the statistics,about 70%~80%equipment is broken because of the wear failure.So,we should make full use of resources and save resources.The works of improve material's ability of resistant wear and reduce material's wear is particularly important.this paper will explore a superior hard coating preparation technology which is simple ?efficient and low cost,The Method is to mixture binder and alloy powder and Applied to the substrate surface,then conduct electric contact strengthening.Through a lot of experiments,coating which mix with thermosetting epoxy resin adhesive and Ni60-WC alloy powder have a best effect,then Through a series of improvement of property of coating,obtain the coating Suitable for electric contact strengthening;then improve the electric contact strengthening technology,including the set of prestressing force,preheating treatment,current of electric contact strengthening,the spindle speed and feed rate;then I have to Observe the coating's microstructure,conduct element line scan between the coating and substrate boundary,measure the microhardness of coating,through the analysis,The coating is very compact and has little holes,the junction of coating and the substrate boundary is very good,Occur element diffusion at the interfaces so The metallurgical bonding has appearance,coating's hardness is change between 748 HV to 862 HV.
