Industrial wastewater,domestic sewage and crude oil spills have brought a huge threat to human health and the ecological environment.So oil/water separation is attracting much more attention,in which membrane separation technology is focused because of its high separation efficiency and simple operation.The introduction of hybrid microspheres in the films not only increases the roughness of the film surface and improves its hydrophilicity or hydrophobicity,but also gives some new properties.Therefore,this paper is devoted to hybrid microspheres composite film for oil/water separation.The main work is as follows:1.Polystyrene?PS?-Laponite organic-inorganic hybrid microspheres with core-shell structure were prepared via Pickering emulsion method.The PS-Laponite hybrid microspheres /polyvinyl alcohol oil/water separation composite film with micro-nano hierarchical structure was obtained by casting method.The introduction of the appropriate amount of PS-Laponite hybrid microspheres can improve the film surface roughness,and endow the film with underwater superoleophobic properties.High water flux(up to 885 L m-2h-1 under ordinary pressure)was achieved while the separation efficiency was more than 99.8%.Moreover,the film showed good mechanical property with the tensile strength of 74.2 MPa.2.At room temperature and ordinary pressure,SiO2-TiO2 hybrid microsphere /cellulose acetate?CA?composite aerogel films were successfully fabricated via water vapor-induced phase inversion of CA solution and simultaneous hydrolysis/condensation of 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane?APTMS?and tetrabutyl titanate?TBT?.The formation of SiO2 and TiO2 microspheres introduced a micro-nano hierarchical structure on the surface of the film,which increased the surface roughness of the film.In addition,it also played a cross-linking role in the film,so that the film showed improved mechanical strength and thermal stability.3.SiO2-TiO2 hybrid microsphere /cellulose acetate?CA?composite aerogel films showed hydrophobicity with a water contact angle of 138.5°.The aerogel film can separate the surfactant-stabilized nano-sized water-in-oil emulsions.The flux was up to 667 L m-2h-1 and the separation efficiency was above 99.96%.The flux was a modest decline during multiple cycles,and separation efficiency remained above 99.99%.Furthermore,under UV irradiation,the film exhibited an excellent contaminant degradation property after being contaminated with organic compounds.
