| The Hetian handmade carpet is the carpet woven with local wool as the carpet material.The forming of Hetian handmade carpet,from raw material acquisition,sorting,cleaning,drying,spinning to weaving and finishing,each process are very exquisite.The unique style and superb craftsmanship of Hetian handmade carpet created its well-known reputation both at home and abroad,it also bring a lot of wealth to the local people.But in recent years,as people in face of profit,their vanity growing bigger and bigger,many businessmen gradually lack credibility,so most of Hetian handmade carpet has been not worthy of the name,the raw materials is no longer use pure Hetian wool,but joined a lot of miscellaneous wool,even worse,they directly to use carpet which is made from mainland machine as Hetian handmade carpet,to pretend true,fish and dragon mixed beads.Seriously affected the reputation of Hetian handmade carpets.The paper first sorting,cleaning,combing the wool which as the weaving material of carpet.Then,the type of the wool fiber,fineness,length and a series of physical indicators are tested.The results showed that: the wool fiber of the Aletai sheep and Bashibai sheep were mainly exist villi and coarse hair,and accompanied a small amount of dry dead hair,both of which hadn’t heterotypical fibers.Hetian wool mainly growth villi and heterotypical fibers,less coarse hair,only 5.98%;The difference value of villi fineness between Hetian sheep,Aletai sheep and Bashibai sheep are very small,concentrated on the 21 ?m Left and right,but the difference value in the coarse hair are very big,the most rough is Aletai sheep,the thinnest is Bashibai sheep.The heterotypical fibers fineness of Hetian sheep is 42.96?m;The staple length of Hetian sheep is long to 288.68 mm,bottom length is up to 110.99 mm,much higher than the other two kinds of wool,bottom length is about twice longer and staple length is about three times length of the other two kinds of wool.The fiber whiteness of Hetian sheep,Aletai sheep and Bashibai sheep is mainly concentrated in the 65 to 70,The gloss of Hetian sheep is the best,followed by Aletai Sheep,Bashibai sheep gloss is the worst.Because the wool fiber of Hetian sheep andBashibai sheep are white,and Aletai wool has its own color,so the yellowness value of Aletai Wool is bigger.From the comprehensive analysis of whiteness,glossiness and yellowness,the color of Hetian wool is the best.Finally,the paper comprehensively analyzes the difference between the Hetian handmade carpet and the other wool carpets,and finds out the relationship between the carpet and the raw material,analyzes and verifies.The results show that the dropping rate and compressive performance of hetian wool carpet are much better than the Aletai wool carpet and Bashibai wool carpet,mainly because the Hetian wool fibers used in the handmade carpet are longer.The longer the fibers,the lower the wool-off rate of the carpet,the better the compression resistance.Through the gloss comparison,Hetian wool carpet gloss is better,the surface of the hetian wool fibers more smooth,scales more evenly,flat. |
