High precision products are often equipped with some polished parts,which need to use a variety of polishing technology for processing.Polishing technology is increasingly widely used in various industries.Industrial mature grinding technology in the form of widespread processing,dimensional accuracy and stability is not high,the processing efficiency is low,polluting the environment and other deficiencies,restricting the factory to polished products in mass production.To carry out efficient,high quality,environmentally friendly polishing technology has important practical value.In this paper,the key problems of wet mechanical polishing mechanism,polishing efficiency,polishing process parameter optimization and its application technology are systematically studied by theoretical analysis and experimental proof method.The main work and achievements of this study are:(1)The mechanism of wet mechanical polishing was studied.Combined with the classical Preston equation,the theoretical model of polishing material removal rate was established.The geometrical physical properties(elastic modulus,Poisson's ratio),polishing process parameters(polishing wheel speed,workpiece speed and polishing normal pressure)and material removal rate of the polishing wheel were quantitatively analyzed by using the theoretical model.The research work provides a theoretical basis for revealing the influence of polishing parameters on the polishing efficiency.(2)The single factor test was carried out for the polishing process parameters(polishing wheel speed,workpiece speed and polishing normal pressure).The test results and numerical simulation were compared and the rationality of the theoretical model of the material removal rate was verified.In order to optimize the polishing parameters provide a theoretical basis.(3)Orthogonal experiment was carried out for the rough polishing process and the fine polishing process respectively.The material removal depth H and the surface roughness Ra were selected as the experimental evaluation criteria,the grinding wheel speed,the workpiece speed,the workpiece offset speed,the polishing normal pressure and the polishing Drain interval as the main influencing factors.According to the experimental results,the influence degree arrangement and the combination of the superior process parameters are obtained,which provide the experimental basis for the subsequent polishing production and processing.(4)According to the existence of polishing products,product quality problems and low production efficiency of the process optimization,improve production efficiency and ensure the quality of processing.The research work has enriched the mechanical polishing theory,reduced the production cost of the manufacturing enterprise and enhanced the market competitiveness.
