Butadiene rubber has excellent oil resistance at high temperature,but its overall performance will be decreased with increasing temperature,the use of the products under harsh conditions is limited,especially in screw pump rubber stator of screw drill,rubber stator and car engine in the rubber parts under high temperature environment work,the requirements for rubber parts should not only have good oil resistance,but also has good performance in high temperature.In this paper high temperature resistant nitrile rubber as the research object,studied the influence of reinforcement system,curing system,anti-aging system,heat system,on the processing performance of NBR curing characteristics,mechanical properties,aging resistance,high temperature fatigue performance.Through the research on reinforcing system on the high temperature properties of nitrile rubber,results show that with the increasing of the amount of carbon black N330,processing performance decline;TC10 decreased,tc90 increased first and then decreased;Under normal temperature,the tensile strength of the vulcanizate increased,the elongation at break decreased,the test temperature is lower,tensile strength retention rate the higher the greater the amount of carbon black(within the scope of the study),keep the higher rate of tensile properties of vulcanized rubber;Dynamic modulus and loss factor increased with the carbon black content;After hot air aging 48 h,elongation of vulcanizate decreased rate of maximum degree;when the dosage of carbon black 40 phr,vulcanized rubber resistance high temperature fatigue best.With the addition of silica increased,rubber processing performance decreased significantly;TC10 and tc90 are of variable length;Under normal temperature,the tensile strength of vulcanizate showed a linear increasing trend,but the elongation is a linear decreasing trend.With the increase of the temperature,low amount of filler,keep the rate low,high amount of filler,performance keeping rate close,when the silica content reached 50 phr,the performance keeping rate even more than the same number of equal carbon black;The same test frequency,storage modulus,loss modulus of vulcanized material was increased with silica the black filling,while the loss factor is less;Silica added,improved nitrile rubber hot air aging initial stability,but the high temperature fatigue performance disadvantage.Through the research on vulcanization system on the high temperature properties of nitrile rubber,results show that: DCP can improve the processing performance of rubber vulcanization;but the longest time;Under normal temperature,the tensile strength by descending order: DCP > EV > CV >SEV;The CV system has high vulcanization of NBR vulcanizate under high temperature tensile properties and tensile strength retention rate;SEV system maximum storage modulus,minimum loss modulus and minimum loss factor;DCP curing system aging performance optimization;High temperature fatigue of CV system is the best.Through the research on Antiaginy system on the high temperature properties of nitrile rubber,results show that: the antioxidant RD is beneficial to improve the performance of rubber processing;Antioxidant RD and antioxidant 4010 NA has the shortest curing time,the highest degree of crosslinking;Three kinds of anti-aging system has little effect on room temperature tensile strength,but the antioxidant RD and antioxidant 445 can larger elongation;tensile strength for three kinds of high temperature difference,the antioxidant RD and 4010 NA,the tensile strength retention rate is slightly larger;Antioxidant RD and 4010 NA with higher storage modulus and lower loss factor;Antioxidant RD and 4010 NA with the initial aging elongation decrease,but long time aging performance advantage;Antioxidant RD and 4010 NA system is the optimal high temperature fatigue performance.Through research on the heat resistant system on high temperature resistant nitrile rubber performance,results show that: the heat resistant agent MDMA is beneficial to improve the performance of rubber processing;but shorten the scorch time and curing time;Adding heat-resisting agent MDMA rubber with high tensile strength,but lower elongation at break.The high temperature tensile strength of MDMA vulcanizate was higher,and the high temperature tensile strength retention rate was higher.The addition of MDMA heat resistant vulcanizate had higher storage modulus,higher loss modulus and lower loss factor.The nitrile rubber with MDMA heat resistance agent has better heat resistance air aging property,and the high temperature stability of vulcanizate with MDMA is better.
