The formation of p-n junction between polyaniline and n-type semiconductor photocatalyst can improve the photocatalytic properties of the photocatalyst.In this paper,polyaniline nanofibers,BiPO4,BiVO4 were respectively prepared by direct mixing method and hydrothermal method.Different composite materials were prepared by different order.The crystal structure,morphology and optical properties of the materials were characterized by XRD,SEM and UV-Vis spectrophotometer.The effects of preparation conditions and order were explored,and adsorption property of PANI on dyeing was analyzed.The main results are as follows:?1?BiPO4/PANI was prepared by polymerization ANI in the presence of BiPO4.The photocatalytic degradation rate reaches the maximum 83.3%,at PANI 0.5wt%doped by H2SO4,while the degradation rate of pure BiPO4 was just 70%.PANI/BiPO4 was prepared by synthesis BiPO4 in the presence of PANI.The maximum degradation rate was 93.81% at PANI 7 wt% doped by H3PO4.?2?BiVO4/PANI was prepared by polymerization ANI in the presence of BiVO4.The maximum degradation rate was 81.3% at PANI 0.5 wt% doped by H2SO4,while the degradation rate of pure BiVO4 was just 59.8%.BiVO4/PANI/SiO2 was prepared by BiVO4/PANI compounding with SiO2.The degradation rate of trenary system reached 93.81% at PANI 1 wt% doped by H2SO4,and Si/V molar ratio 2.?3?The adsorption rate and adsorption capacity of methyl orange by H2SO4 doped PANI was 95.6% and 23.9mg/g,while the adsorption limit was 45 mg/g.And doped PANI showed good reusability.The adsorption properties of the eigenstates PANI was very poor,which adsorption capacity was just 6 mg/g.The adsorption properties of doped PANI decreased with the decreasing pH value,and increased with the increasing temperature.It also has good adsorption effect on cationic dyes in alkaline environment.PANI adsorption process was consistent with the pesudo-first model and Langmuir adsorption isotherm model.
