Ventilator is an important safety equipment in coal mine production.Airflow as the main parameters of mine ventilator,the accuracy of its measurement directly affects the working state and performance evaluation of the ventilator.Therefore,to study the airflow measuring method of mine ventilator and to improve the traditional method effectively has important research value and practical significance.The air velocity method was commonly used to measurement the airflow in the detection of the performance of the ventilator.In this paper,the circular air tunnel was used as an example to analyze the air velocity distribution in the air tunnel.The layout of the test points was determined by Chebechev method.When the air velocity method is used to measure the airflow,the stand must be installed in the air tunnel.The stand installed could make the cross air velocity measured value varied,which could affect the measurement accuracy.According to this problem,a Fluent software was applied to establish the simulation model with stand and without stand,and the simulation air velocity values of each test point were obtained.The simulation results showed that the stand could make the cross air velocity measured value varied.The maximum relative error of the air velocity would be 10.4%and the average relative error would be 4.4%compared with that without stand.The air velocity simulation data of these two cases were fitted by the least squares method,and the function relation between these two speeds was obtained.The optimal effect of the fitting function was selected to compensate the measured air velocity value.Finally,according to the improved airflow test method,based on the virtual instrument technology,the hardware platform and the test software of the airflow test system was designed.In this paper,the experimental platform was designed and the static characteristics of the air volume test system were analyzed.The error compensation function was verified by the simulation data.Then,the airflow test system was verified by centrifugal ventilator.The experimental results showed that the error compensation algorithm can improve the accuracy of the airflow test of the ventilator.The airflow test system can be used to test the airflow of the ventilator.
