With the depth of mine mining increased,high temperature and heat problems become increasingly prominent.Domestic high temperature mine thermal control commonly used refrigeration cooling system,and most of the refrigeration equipment from abroad,the higher the cost of cooling.At the same time,the common "warm in winter and cool in summer"phenomenon shows that the surrounding rock has obvious heat regulation effect on the wind flow.It is important to study the law of the thermal regulation of the surrounding rock to the economic and efficient cooling scheme.Therefore,it is very important to study the heat transfer capacity of the surrounding rock.The numerical solution model of the thermal conductivity of the surrounding rock of the tunnel under the change of inlet temperature is studied.The finite difference method is used to divide the unit in the axial and radial direction of the well.The time series is used to calculate the air temperature value recorded by the time series.The numerical solution of the temperature field of the surrounding rock under the change of the inlet air temperature is established Model,using C#language developed the corresponding software,the software can be carried out by the surrounding rock on the wind flow heat transfer capacity simulation study.The factors influencing the heat transfer capacity and heat transfer capacity of the surrounding rock are simulated.The temperature field of the surrounding rock of the well under the change of the inlet temperature is simulated by using the simulation software of the surrounding rock temperature field.the variation law of the temperature field,of the surrounding rock is analyzed,and the real structure of the two area distribution characteristics of the surrounding rock temperature field is obtained:in the shallow rock(1 zone)of the surrounding rock,the temperature of the surrounding rock fluctuates with the season;in the deep rock(2 zone)of the surrounding rock,the extension of the surrounding rock temperature with the radial depth is increasing until it approaches the original rock temperature.The influence factors of the annual variation range of the surface air temperature,the depth of the deep well,the thermal conductivity of the surrounding rock and the air volume on the heat transfer capacity of the surrounding rock are obtained.The results show that the annual variation of the ground temperature The influence of the amplitude and depth on the heat transfer capacity of the surrounding rock is significant.The thermal conductivity of the surrounding rock is a factor that can not be neglected in the heat transfer capacity of the surrounding rock.The air volume has little effect on the heat transfer capacity of the surrounding rock.The system of the mine ventilation cooling technology of the Jisan coal mine is established.Based on the analysis of the present situation of heat damage in the Jisan coal mine,this paper simulated the heat transfer ability of the surrounding rock of the tunnel,and provided the basis for the development of the mine heat treatment,the results show that the cumulative heat dissipation of the surrounding rock in the year is more than that of the heat absorbed 726477MJ,in December the largest amount of heat dissipation in the surrounding rock,in June the largest amount of heat absorption,the time at which the highest value of heat exchange occurs is earlier than the time at which the maximum value of ground temperature appears;using the system of the mine ventilation cooling technology of the Jisan coal mine,effectively alleviate the phenomenon of heat damage of high temperature in summer,two area distribution characteristics of the temperature field of the surrounding rock disappeared,with the extension of the ventilation time,the radius of control heat circle is gradually expanding to the deep,and the heat dissipation of the surrounding rock is gradually reduced,the system of the mine ventilation cooling technology effect is obvious.When Jisan coal mine mining depth is 1000m,the two area distribution characteristics of the surrounding rock temperature field in the bottom of the well eliminate,weakened ability to regulate the air heat,the surrounding rock temperature field in the bottom of the well is no longer affected by the entrance of air temperature seasonal changes,when mining to this depth,influenced by earth temperature is more obvious heat damage,this situation can be consider using underground centralized cooling methods to deal with heat damage.
