The textile composite material is composed of a resin matrix phase and a fiber reinforced structure,With high strength,specific modulus,mechanical properties can be designed and other excellent material properties,Widely used in aviation,aerospace,sports,medical,automotive and other fields.There are many kinds of reinforced structures in textile composites.Mechanical properties are largely dependent on the structure of its internal reinforced.Therefore,it is significance to study of the micro-geometry of textile composites in order to accurately predict the mechanical properties of textile composites.Firstly,considering the yarn density,structure,geometric structure phase,yarn crosssectional shape,coil angle,circle distance,circle height,flattening coefficient and weaving angle and other factors,Using APDL language as a tool,the typical fiber structure,knitting structure,weaving structure of fiber reinforced and resin matrix coherent finite element model are established;Secondly,use the method of "assembly" and "cutting unit" to establish a parametric cell model that conforms to the domain superposition technical(DST)based on deformation coordination and stiffness matching theory.Thirdly,The typical cell model and mechanical prediction are processed by the finite element region superposition method and the periodic boundary condition theory.Finally,Based on visual programming language and finite element analysis software,Developing the parametric design and mechanical prediction software for textile composites.The main purpose of this paper is to establish the parametric cell models of typical textile composites for DST.In this paper,the finite element model of several different types of textile composites was successfully established by using APDL.Then,a simple example is given to illustrate the implementation process of DST,which will provide the theoretical basis for the design and mechanical analysis of textile composites.
