High-speed milling technology has the advantages of short production cycle,high material hardness and machining precision.In recent years,which has been more and more widely used in mold manufacturing industry.As a new type of mold steel,DIN1.2316 has excellent polishing performance and corrosion resistance.At present,there is no relevant milling parameter database to choose in the world.So in order to give full play to its optimal performance,the optimal milling parameter combination should be formulated according to the existing experimental conditionsThrough the experiment of DIN1.2316 mold steel in high-speed milling,the influence of milling parameters on surface roughness is obtained by orthogonal test method.Then,the empirical model of surface roughness is established by multiple linear regression method,and the accuracy of the model is verified by experiments.The process of high speed milling is simulated by using DEFORM-3D software,the influence degree of each milling parameter on milling force is analyzed,and then the empirical model of milling component is established.The credibility of the model has been tested..The chip in the milling test is observed,then the chip shape is studied,and the influence of spindle speed on the chip shape is obtained from the macro and micro perspectives.With the milling force and surface roughness to a minimum as the objective function,with the chip ship and the material removal rate as constraint conditions,the milling parameters are optimized by multiple objectives,and the optimal combination of milling parameters are obtained.
