| With the increase of the coal mining depth and intensity,the gas content and pressure of coal seams increase gradually,the outburst risk becomes higher,ground stress an mining influence increase gradually and the outburst phenomenon caused by stresses and Gas coupling becomes more and more frequent.First of all,due to the electromagnetic radiation and acoustic emission signal produced in the coal and rock failure process,coal seam gas will gush out to the mining space with the development of mining activities at the mine site.After a large number of studies,it has been found that acoustic and electric signal produced by coal and rock failure process,gas dynamic emission signal and gas outburst danger agree well.Secondly,based on the study of the mechanism of coal and gas outburst,the models of single warning index dynamic early warning and multi-index comprehensive early warning are put forward by taking a number of indexes such as acoustic emission,electromagnetic pulse,electromagnetic radiation and gas concentration.Acoustic electric gas outburst monitoring and warning system can real-time acquire coal mining process and acoustic emission,electromagnetic radiation and gas dynamic information produced in the process of gas outburst evolution.Coal and gas outburst monitoring and early warning can be achieved by the acoustic gas information automatic analysis process.At last,the paper combines electromagnetic radiation method and acoustic emission method,makes use of the coal and gas outburst real-time monitoring by the technology of coal and gas outburst acoustic and electric comprehensive early warning and provides coal and gas outburst early warning.Considering the situation that acoustic emission and electromagnetic radiation respond during-850 main crosscut tunneling process,this paper has important means for the acoustic emission,electromagnetic radiation and gas comprehensive early warning used in the process of subsequent uncovering coal project. |
