As a kind of equipments for mining mineral resources,a crushing and screening wheel machine is widely used in the crushing and screening of rock,ore,concrete and other materials.Among them,the main bridge structure is an important bearing part of the station,and its performance will directly determine the life of the mechanical equipment.However,at present the research work of the main bridge structure mainly relies on the traditional method,and the lack of modern design and analysis technique.In this way,it is inevitable that the excessive local stress of the structure will cause the premature fatigue crack,and the difficulty of the material to achieve the best structural efficiency will lead to its excessive weight.The existence of these problems will not only seriously affect the efficiency of the movable equipment,but also reduce the market competitiveness of products.Therefore,this paper will carry on the structural optimization design of the main frame of the station,and then achieve the goal of lightweight.This paper mainly completes the following research work:Firstly,making use of 3D software(Solid Works)establishes the main bridge structure model.Besides,the use of finite element analysis software(ANSYS Workbench)checks the static and dynamic characteristics of the main bridge structure of the original design,finds out the existing problems of the analysis of the structure,and focus on the analysis of the shortcomings of it.Combined with the actual working conditions,the scheme and the detailed technical route for the lightweight design of the main bridge structure are developed.And it indicates the direction of further research on lightweight of main bridge frame.Secondly,the bionic design of the beam with serious problems is carried out.The macro and micro characteristics of bamboo are analyzed,and the bridge between the beam and bamboo is established by using the similarity theory.The macro and micro structural characteristics of bamboo are applied to the bionic structure of beam.By means of the comparison of finite element analysis,the structural design of the beam is evaluated and the structural configuration of the beam is determined.Thirdly,the lightweight design of the main bridge structure with improved structure is carried out.The design parameters of the follow-up work in the bionic beam by method of sensitivity analysis are determine.They and the design parameters of the overall structure of the main bridge structure are composed of design variables in the mathematical model.And the maximum equivalent stress of the main bridge structure and quality are regarded as the objective function.Totally,they establish the mathematical model for optimization of the size of the crushing and screening wheel machine.The optimal size parameters of it are obtained by the multi-objective optimization technique.
