It's the best way to purify wastewater by building a symbiotic system between Microalgae and with activated sludge.Under the action of nutrient synthetic cells themselves substance,the system would effectively eliminate nitrogen,phosphorus and organic matter in wastewater.With the needs of biochemical treatment dye wastewater,many biodegradable dyes microorganisms were digging.Among micro algae,as a kind of biodegradable dyes microorganisms,has been widely studied.There were diversity upon degradation mechanism and decoloring effect by different microorganism.This paper was objected to study already screeninged Chlorella sorokiniana XJK with ability to biodegrad disperse blue 2BLN and activated sludge.By studying the dyes decolorizing mechanism between XJK and activated sludge,building Chlorella-activated sludge system to treat disperse blue 2BLN dye wastewater treatment where decolorization rate as an index,the results are as follows:Herein,this paper respectively studied using Chlorella sorokiniana XJK,activated sludge and chlorella-activated sludge system to treat wastewater containing disperse blue 2 BLN.According to the microbial growth,accumulation of biomass and lipid,dyes and pollutant removal during the process of dye wastewater treatment,to find a reasonable approach.Through a series of experiments,the conclusions as following:(1)Various of the culture conditions were conducted to dye wastewater by using Chlorella sorokiniana XJK.In view of decolorization rate,the optimum decolorization conditions were described that [dye] = 60 mg/L,[Inoculum] = 8?106 cell/mL,[pH] = 4,[Illumination] = 470 ?mol/(m2·s)and CO2 ventilation(v:v)= 1%,and decolorization rate can reach 83%,which also obtained 570 mg/L of biomass and 43% of lipid.The mechanism of degradation of dye disperse blue 2 BLN using Chlorella sorokiniana XJK by UV ? vis,FTIR,GC ? MS and the determination of lignin degrading enzymes.It detected dye maximum absorption peak at 560 nm was disappear,the chromophoric group was broken and miniaturized,such as ethyl benzene,ethyl acetate,propyl amine etc.Laccase and MnP of XJK played an important role in the degradation process of disperse blue 2 BLN,respectively obtained 3.89 U/mL and 4.86 U/mL for 5 days.(2)Activated sludge was used to treat dye and pollutants under different conditions and also studied its adsorption characteristics.The results show that the sludge adsorption conforms to level 2 dynamic model and Fredundlich isothermal adsorption model.It benefits dye decolorization and COD removal where conditions were [sludge] = 2.5 g,[pH] = 8 and [glucose] = 0.5 g/L.94.93% microorganism were attributable to bacteria in activated sludge by the determination of metagenomic,among door deformation bacteria(75.46%),as one of the most abundant,followed by the green curved(4.58%),bacteria bacteroidetes(3.4%)and floating mold(1.96%).Meanwhile,detected archaea(0.33%),eukaryotic domains(0.24%),chlorophyta(0.01%)and not matched species.(3)Build a algal-sludge system at a certain inoculum concentration of algal(8?106 cell/mL)and sludge(1.5 g/L),investigating the dye wastewater under different water quality conditions,and to explore its practical application.It was found that the dye wastewater was effectively decolorize and the removal rate of COD and TP were above 90% under the condition of [pH] = 7,[Na2SO4] = 5 g/L and glucose as carbon source.Activated sludge and chlorella were formed a symbiotic system,would improve the settling characteristics of microorganism.The system was benefical effect on treating actual dye wastewater,and the removal rate of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus were 75%,46% and 94%,respectively.Herein,it showed that the algae-bacteria system was beneficial to promote the wastewater treatment,which was also a kind of effective and applicable biological treatment method with relatively potential application,...
