Micro dispensing technology has been widely used in electronic encapsulation industry,micro-nano fabrication and life science and so on.With the development of electronic miniaturization,the integration of functional components is improved continuously,raising higher requirements to the micro adhesive bonding method and technology in the process of micro assembly.During the bonding process,the future development of precise dispensing technology would be the miniaturization and high precision of adhesive droplet distribution,high reliability and adhesive viscosity compatibility,which are the guarantees of achieving high-quality products.The hard point of adhesive bonding technology is the pL class ultra-micro dispensing.Aiming at this problem,this paper will study the methods of transfer-printing and time-pressure of ultra-micro dispensing.By analyzing the mechanic of pL class ultra-micro dispensing,this paper has set up two kinds of dynamic models of micro fluid and simulated the couple effect produced by machine,fluid and micro forces in dispensing process.After discussing the dispensing factors of function mechanism,mode and condition,we analyzed the affecting factors of manipulative performance of dispensing volume on the base of numerical simulation,in which the quantitative relationship between dispensing performance and factors were revealed.In order to guarantee the consistency of adhesive amount during transfer-printing ultra-micro dispensing process,a new method for suppressing the generation of liquid concave was proposed.The stability control method of pL class time-pressure dispensing was summarized,and the pL class ultra-micro dispensing control strategy under different operating conditions was studied.During the process of dispensing industry implementation,the emergence of bubbles and glue drawing were analyzed,which meet engineering practice needs.Based on the above research,the experiment platform was built.The accuracy of simulation model and the reliability of analysis methods were proved through a lot of experiments.The problems of adhesive bonding with pL class ultra-micro dispensing were solved at engineering assembly.Dispensing in a narrow seam and the pL dispensing of high viscosity could be fulfilled successfully at industry.According to the result of experiment and research,through the way of pL class transferprinting ultra-micro dispensing with the glue properties and base surface parameters,we can logically match the dispensing parameters of transfer-needle diameter,of dispensing velocity,of holding time and of motion stroke,therefore the great accuracy of any velocity(50cp~30000cp)and the high consistency of pL class ultra-micro sampling andpacking in a narrow seam can be realized.With regard to pL class time-pressure ultra-micro dispensing,it can only be applied to the specific glue parameters in ultra-micro dispensing,because glue parameters would be influenced significantly by the dispensing parameters.
