Automobile emissions have become an important source of air pollution,in order to control vehicle emission,emission standards continue to upgrade.How to meet increasingly strict emission standards has become top priority to the automobile enterprise.Coexistence of pressure and power,more stringent emissions standards encourage car companies continue to explode new technologies,promote independent research and development.During the Automotive design,standards as the entry requirements are the focus work to car companies early in the project research work.The CHINA V being implemented and forthcoming implementation of CHINA V?,BEIJING V? are analyzed in the paper,including the emission limit values and tests.As the benchmarking to other international countries,the study of European Union and America standards is indispensable.The implement process and main contents of the European Union and America emission standards are also studied.Based on the emission standards,The analysis of such control strategy are developed,including starting,after starting,and warm-up process control strategy,the transient conditions and A/F closed-loop control strategy.The effect of emission control strategies are provided in force through the test data of an own-brand passenger car.Firstly,based on the background of starting,after starting,and warm-up process control strategy,the paper has analyzed the control strategy(the first 60s)including engine oil control,gas road control,and fire road strategy.The effect of emission control strategies are provided in force through the test data of an own-brand passenger car.Such control strategy can achieve fast,and smoothly,and low emissions of up moving control effect.Secondly,the paper has analyzed the control strategy of transient conditions(acceleration and deceleration conditions),including the load necessity,method of load forecasting and compensating control of the oil film.Study shows that transient control strategies can effectively control the discharge of pollutants.Finally,the paper has analyzed the control strategy of A/F control strategy,including the A/F closed-loop control,the removal of oxygen controlled,three-way catalytic converter window control,three-way catalytic converter heating control.The result shows that the A/F closed-loop control strategy can effectively control the discharge of pollutantsThe last part is research to integrated condition control strategy.Because that t he whole car actual run multiple conditions.The integrated condition strategyeffect i s so important.The papers show that,through the test data of an own-brand passen ger car in the three major emission,the control strategy can achieveemission reducti on effect and meet the CHINA V emission regulations.The emissions effect is ver y obvious.This paper also has been used in the actual enterprise project using an i ntegrated emission control strategy.The model has been mass production.
