With the rapid development of economic,there are also many negative problems in our country,environmental pollution is one of them,especially the water pollution.Water is an important natural resource for the human survival.The pollution of water resources is harmful to human health.Therefore,it is necessary to do a good job in water pollution prevention and control.Reasonable and perfect water quality monitoring system can realize the performance of effectiveness and real-time of the water quality monitoring,and provide a solid technical support to solve the problem of water pollution.Traditional water quality monitoring methods are often controlled by human resources,the operation is cumbersome,and the monitored data is lack of real-time,the water quality is also can not be automated classified.If we use The monitoring system Based on the C/S architecture,we need to switch to a specific client,so it is not easy to promote.This paper designs a set of online remote water quality monitoring system based on B/S architecture,This system consists of three parts:data collection and sending module of water quality monitoring node,data storage and display module of server and water quality classification module.In this system,the water quality data are collected by the water quality sensor produced by Global Water,and then the data sampling and sending module will send the water quality data to the server intermittently,and the data will be storaged and displayed on the server side.Users can directly check the water quality data through the browser,the warning of water pollution and the relevant environmental articles can be released timely.We can not only greatly reduce the human spending of water quality monitoring by use this system,but also improve the real-time on monitoring of water quality data.This system uses Gaode map to show the distribution of the water quality monitoring nodes,so that users have a more intuitive understanding of the distribution of monitoring nodes.In order to realize multi-angle water quality data display,this system designed the water quality history module,water quality data comparison module,water quality type statistical module.At the same time in order to achieve timely warning of water pollution,this system designed a pollution record module.In order to facilitate the administrator to operate the data in the background database,the system designed a background management module.In addition,the system also designed a variety of message release module and user management module.The front-end model of this System mainly realised by html,CSS and JavaScript technology,back-end functions are implemented by the C#.Due to the background management page display and processing logic features,this module is implemented by EXT.NET technology.In this paper,a water quality evaluation classification method based on neural network is proposed,and AdaBoost calculation framework is integrated into the method to improve the accuracy of classification.
