Phase change materials(PCMs)can absorb or release large amounts of heat from the environment through its own phase change process.This phase change behavior cannot only reduce the energy supply and demand mismatch problems,but also improve thermal performance and reliability of the energy system.Shape memory polymers(SMPs)which serve as a smart material,can be generate specific responds based on external stimuli(such as heat,light,magnetism,electricity,etc.),and can be used for lots of important applications,such as aerospace,biomedical,mechanical industry.The subject based on polystyrene-b-poly(ethylene-butylene)-b-polystyrene triblock copolymer(SEBS)elastomer and paraffin crystalline materials,through electrospinning technique to prepare a new kind of composite phase change fiber materials(PCFs)and shape memory composite fiber materials(SMFs).Specific contents are as follows:(1)SEBS/paraffin composite PCFs were prepared by electrospinning.And investigate the spinnability of different quality ratio of SEBS/paraffin solutions.The morphology and properties of PCFs were studied by SEM?FTIR?POM?XRD?DSC?TGA?hot stage and conductometer.Study results showed that PCFs are uniform and have surface roughness.And SEBS and paraffin are distributed evenly in PCFs.Besides,this PCFs have great enthalpy efficiency as high as 89%?excellent thermal cycling performance?good package property?great thermal stability and relatively low thermal diffusivity.(2)SEBS/paraffin/nanoparticles(TiO2,Cu,CuO and Ti)PCFs were prepared by electrospinning.The morphology and properties of PCFs were studied by SEM?FTIR?POM?XRD?DSC?TGA?hot stage and conductometer.Research results show that PCFs are uniform.Besides,PCFs have great thermal stability and thermal cycling performance,but slightly improve their absorption/heat enthalpy and greatly improve the thermal diffusivity.(3)SEBS/paraffin SMFs were prepared by electrospinning.The morphology and properties of SMFs were studied by SEM?XRD?DSC?TGA?DMA and tensiometer.Study results showed that paraffin serves as fixed phase,SEBS acts as recovery phase.In addition,this SMFs have excellent thermal stability,tensile property and shape memory property.
