Magnetic memory testing technology is a kind of technology which can effectively judge the stress state of the tested component,and the early damage of the component can be judged,In the field of building construction and mining industry,Wire rope and steel strand is a kind of very important lifting equipment.It has a complex states of stress,once broken,Which will cause serious consequences.In this paper,based on the mechanical property test of the steel wire rope,the change of magnetic memory signal at the stress concentration is analyzed,and the signal characteristics are extracted to judge the stress state and dangerous section of the steel wire,and the magnetic memory signal is analyzed under the condition of bending and torsion.The relationship between tensile stress and magnetic memory signal are analyzed.It is proved that the change of stress and strain can lead to the change of magnetic memory signal.Moreover,the relationship between strain and magnetic memory signal of steel beam with shape is analyzed by four point bending testing.Get the nature of stress magnetic effect is strain magnetic effect.The characteristics of the magnetic memory field strength,which are extracted from the defect tensile test,have the peak value,the gradient value,the zero crossing point and so on.Based on the analysis of the variation rules of each feature and the corresponding position,the defect location of the component is evaluated comprehensively,and the dangerous section can be located more accurately.By calculating the variance of all the measured points and the increment of the adjacent loads,to judge the whole force of the specimen.According to the variance curve,amethod for determining the critical point of bearing loading of steel wire rope is put forward.The combination of local analysis and global analysis is proposed.The local analysis is used to determine the dangerous position of the specimen,and the stress state of the specimen is judged by the whole analysis,Through the vertical and horizontal analysis,A Comprehensive analysis of the monitoring point or Detection line is made.The relationship between the strain and the magnetic memory signal is demonstrated by four point bending test.It is concluded that the sharp increase of strain will result in the violent fluctuation of magnetic memory signal.The correlation between the magnetic memory signal and stress in plastic phase is weaker than that of strain and magnetic memory signal.From the point of view of energy,it is shown that the magnetic energy can be increased by the work done in the process of torsion and bending,And then change the regularity of magnetic memory signal and make the region stable.
