Nitrogen and phosphorus removal is the key point for the eutrophication control.In order to further explore the mechanism of nitrogen removal and phosphorus removal in biological nitrogen removal system and biological phosphorus removal system,16 sRNA high throughput sequencing method was used to investigate the changes of microbial community structure during the start-up and operation of the EBPR and compared microbial population structure of A~2/O and SBR system.Depth studied on the changes of microbial population structure and the effect of microorganisms on denitrification and phosphorus removal in the reactor.This is a great reference value for the nitrogen and phosphorus removal system of A~2/O and A/O-SBR phosphorus removal system.1.16 sRNA high throughput sequencing method was used to investigate the changes of microbial community structure during the start-up and operation of the EBPR,and 20 species at the phylum level and 150 at the genus level were obtained according to the sequencing results.Microbial diversity analysis showed that the main bacterial phyla were Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes,Planctomycetes,Chloroflexi,Chlorobi,Acidobacteria,Gemmatimonadetes and Verrucomicrobia in the SBR removal system and the sum of these 8 phyla bacteria accounted for more than 95% of the microorganisms.The dominant genera of genus microorganisms were Thauera and Dechloromonas,and their relative abundance were 8.00% and 5.00%.The Phosphorus accumulating microorganisms were Candidatus accumulibacter,Acinetobacter,Pseudomonas,Cytophagaceae,Planctomyces,Gemmatimonas,Dechloromonas and so on.The Candidatus accumulibacter is main microbial for phosphorus removal.2.16 sRNA high throughput sequencing method was used to comparative microbial population structure of A~2/O and SBR system.Microbial diversity analysis showed that the main bacterial phyla were Proteobacteria,Bacteroidetes,Planctomycetes in the A~2/O and SBR system and the sum of these 3 phyla bacteria accounted for about 80% of the microorganisms.The dominant genera of genus microorganisms in A~2/O system was Dechloromonas and it relative abundance was 10.20%,The dominant genera of genus microorganisms in SBR system was Thauera and it relative abundance was 7.90%.The Candidatus accumulibacter was main microbial for phosphorus removal in A~2/O and SBR system.Dechloromonas and Thauera were main microorganisms for nitrogen removal in A~2/O system.
