Alkali-activated slag geopolymer with early strength,high strength,low energy consumption,high permeability,corrosion resistance,environment-friendly,good thermal stability and other performance advantages,known as the 21 st century the most promising green cementitious materials.However,the alkali-activated slag geopolymer also has the advantages of fast condensation,high brittleness,poor toughness and easy cracking,and has not yet found the ideal solution so far,which has greatly restricted its application field.Firstly,the effects of different water glass modules,liquid rubber ratio,temperature and different types of retarding substances on the setting time and compressive strength of alkali-activated slag geological polymer under single / The The results show that the water glass modulus,liquid rubber ratio,temperature and retarder have important influence on the condensation hardening process of alkali activated slag geological polymer.At the same concentration,the siloxane tetrahedron in the low modulus water glass solution(M = 1.0,M = 1.2)is present in the oligomeric state,and the slag formation polymer is hardened and hardened,the absolute strength is high;the liquid glue ratio is between 0.45 and 0.55 In the range,the coagulation and hardening process of the alkaliactivated slag geological polymer is slowed down,and the coagulation and hardening rate of the alkali-activated slag polymer is not affected by the liquid-to-glue ratio.The retarder has no effect on the control of alkali-activated slag The coagulation and hardening process of geopolymers has a significant effect,and barium nitrate is superior to the polymerization of aluminum sulfate or barium nitrate with boric acid.Retarders are the first choice for controlling alkali-activated mineral polymers.Secondly,the effects of different sand ratio and different kinds of fibers on the drying shrinkage performance of alkali activated slag geological polymer under the conditions of single blending and mixed fiber were studied.The results show that with the increase of the ratio of sand to binder,the dry yield of alkali-activated slag geological polymer is significantly reduced,and the suitable mortar ratio should be controlled in the range of 1.0 ~ 2.0.Under the same dosage,the steel fiber The effect of drying shrinkage was better than that of carbon fiber and basalt fiber.When the volume fraction of steel fiber was 1.0%,the shrinkage ratio decreased by 68.03% and 68.81% at 1d and 28 d.In the end,the effects of different kinds of mixed materials on the mechanical properties and flexural toughness of alkali-activated slag geocomposites were studied.The results show that when the content of steel fiber is less than 0.5%,it has a negative effect on the mechanical properties of slag geological polymer material.It is not suitable to use steel fiber at low dosage.When fiber content is more than 1.0% And the basalt fiber,steel fiber on the slag geological polymer enhancement,toughening the best;steel fiber and basalt fiber,carbon fiber mixed use,can overcome the steel fiber gravity is too large,easy to sink the defects,is conducive to steel fiber Enhance,toughening effect.
