With the extensive application of Zr in all walks of life,people have made higher expectation on the properties of Zr,which not only have excellent corrosion resistance but also have good mechanical properties.Therefore,in order to obtain excellent Zr in this study,high-intensity ECAP deformed commercial purity zirconium(CP-Zr)was prepared by means of Equal Channel Angular Pressing.Comparative study the deformation of coarse-grained、ECAPed and ECAPed + annealing at 350℃ CP-Zr.The main contents and results are as follows:The mechanical properties of CP-Zr under different conditions were studied at room temperature,and the microstructures were observed after tensile deformation.The effects of deformation conditions and strain rate on fracture structure were investigated.The results showed that the tensile stress and tensile strength of CP-Zr increased with the increase of strain rate.The plasticity of coarse-grained in tensile deformation was higher than that ECAPed and ECAPed + annealing at 350℃ CP-Zr under the same deformation condition.At room temperature,the change of strain rate during tensile deformation had little effect on the plasticity of coarse-grained,ECAPed and ECAPed + annealing at 350℃ CP-Zr.The compressive deformation behavior of CP-Zr under different conditions was studied at room temperature,and the microstructures and macroscopic morphology of CP-Zr were observed.Analyze the effects of deformation conditions and strain rates on them.The results showed that the plastic deformation of CP-Zr at room temperature was divided into three stages;Under the same deformation condition the steady-state flow stress of coarse-grained was obviously higher than that ECAPed and ECAPed + annealing at 350℃ CP-Zr.And the compressive yield strength of ECAPed and ECAPed + annealing at 350℃ CP-Zr was higher than that of the coarse-grained.In the process of compression,the plasticity of the ECAPed was higher than that of coarse-grained.In the same deformation condition,the m values of ECAPed and ECAPed + annealing at 350℃ CP-Zr were greater than coarse-grained.Based on the existing experimental data,the artificial neural network model is established,and the error between the experimental value and the predicted value is verified to verify the accuracy of the network model.The results showed that the predicted value agrees well with the experimental data,which shows that the model was highly accurate.
