The scramjet engine generates a lot of heat during the work process,so that the engine is subjected to a large heat load.In order to protect the engine and the aircraft,the researchers introduced the hydrocarbon fuel regeneration cooling technology.When the hydrocarbon fuel flows in the cooling channel,the heat can be removed from the wall of the combustion chamber by physical heat sink or chemical heat sink.However,the physical heat sink is mainly determined by the physical properties of the fuel,and its maximum value is fixed,but chemical heat sink can be different by different chemical reactivity.Accelerating the chemical reaction rate or causing the reaction to produce more favorable heat-absorbing products can increase the chemical heat sink of the fuel.The catalyst can cause the hydrocarbon fuel to crack at a lower temperature,allowing the fuel to exhibit a chemical heat sink at a lower temperature.At the same time,due to catalytic cracking can regulate the distribution of products,the fuel at the same temperature may have higher endothermic capacity.This paper will study the catalytic cracking performance of transition metal modified ZSM-5 on hydrocarbon fuels.In this paper,Co-oxide and Ni-oxide were supported on ZSM-5 by equal volume impregnation.The transition metal supported ZSM-5 with different metal oxide loading was prepared,and the prepared catalyst was tested.The n-decane pyrolysis experiments and n-decane catalytic cracking experiments with ZSM-5 mass concentration of 0.1% were carried out.The pyrolysis and ZSM-5 catalytic cracking of n-decane was summarized by analyzing the product of pyrolysis and gas production.And then n-decane suspensions having a mass fraction of 0.1% were prepared,which contain the supported Co oxide and Ni oxide catalyst.The catalytic cracking experiments of n-decane were carried out.After the n-decan catalytic cracking tests,the best catalysts of Co series and Ni series were selected by comparing the catalytic cracking products,the ratio of olefin to olefin,the ratio of ethylene to gas production and the effect of heat sink?Subsequently,the catalyst with the best heat sink on n-decane catalytc cracking was subjected to the catalytic cracking experiment with mass concentration of 0.05% and 0.15%?The optimum catalysts and the optimum mass concentration of the catalysts for n-decane catalytic cracking were obtained under the experimental conditions.After the completion of the above experiments,the coke of the best catalytic experiments was analysis to obtained the catalytic coking information.After select the best catalyst,the catalytic cracking experiments of n-octane and ndodecane were carried out under the conditions of the best n-decane heat sink experiment.And finally,evaluate the performance of the selected catalysts...
