In flocculation flotation process,different fluid could change the energy transfer and particle behavior.The research object is fine hematite mineral.It investigates the inflluence of floc particle size and fractal dimension when the stirring speed,stirring time,axial distance and stirred tank shape change in stirred tank.Also,it simulates the influence of the structure of the flow guiding tube,the change of the stirring speed,the axial distance and the stirred tank shape about the flow field in the stirred tank through Solid Works and ANSYS.Besides,it studies the fluid state and particle behavior in stirred tank.The effects of stirring conditions on the properties of flocculants were studied by experimental,and the results were optimized by response surface method.The result shows that when the speed is880r/min,axial distance is 2.0cm,stirring time is 3.2min and stirring tank shape is square,it can get the floc whose particle size is 35.59?m and fractal dimension is 1.6689.On the basis of experiment,through numerical simulation on different stirring speed,axial distance and stirring tank shape,it can be drawn that in square stirring tank when stirring speed is880r/min,axial distance is 2.0cm,the velocity distribution,turbulent kinetic energy and rotor pressure are all in appropriate range.The result of stirring process analysis shows that the fluid is completely turbulent state.when the stirring speed increased,the average energy dissipation,effective energy dissipation,velocity gradient and Gt value gradually increased,the turbulence micrometer gradually decreased.When stirring speed is 880r/min they are respectively 0.1972m2/s3,0.1696m2/s3,511.14s-1,98139.2 and 47.5731 mm.Through particle behavior analysis,when Re > 104 and media is the same,the particle followability only relate to the particle and liquid density.The model of Levich which take particle size,density Inertial force and liquid velocity into consideration,can exactly analyze the collision probability of particles in the stirred tank.The results of the study lay the foundation for the follow-up theoretical research and provides powerful data support for the follow-up study.
