This article is mainly aimed at the two sides of pillar recycle and underground goafs restoration technology with the mine of characteristics and exploitation status quo AltynTopkan lead-zinc.Through the survey of goafs and statistical classification the width,height and volume of the goafs,then the article puts forward the calculation method of the biggest unsupported span on account of the “Q system” and Mathews graphic method.The system analyses our country mainly adopts goaf treatment technology and combines the practical mining waste rock cementation.The subsidence of cemented filling scheme and the technology of waste rock filling system are analyzed in detail.The waste rock filling solves the security problems of goaf;at the same time it reduces the waste rock transportation costs.The way reduces the production cost of more than 11000000 yuan each year.The method alleviates the pressure of the main transportation lane effectively and solves the surface waste rock pile up.Through the survey and statistical classification,the pillar can be divided into independent point column,it between the column and main haulage roadway above relatively complete mine.The mine of che middle between two levels which above the mined-out area mine or at the bottom of the stope mine.The method which is the level of deep hole blasting recycle and above the mined-out area mine exists mined-out area space for free surface of caved ore and compensation,blasting down,recycling of roof mine.About main haulage roadway above relatively complete mine,firstly it restores the goaf and eliminate the potential safety hazard.Then it reinforces the roadway which between the top 10 to 15 meters transportation lane construction a new level.The stpoe mine above main haulage roadway is the last step.About the bottom of the stope mine,it distances transportation lane construction a new level below the mine,the way deep hole blasting to recycle the mine.In this article can be effective for 636000 tons of different types of pillar recovery in Altyn-Topkan lead-zinc mine,easing tensions in resources.
