The 6061 aluminum alloy has excellent characteristics of lightweight, high intensity and corrosion resistance. In this paper, the multi-pass cumulative non-uniform deformation of 6061 aluminum alloy has been processed by Asymmetric Rolling(ASR)and Repetitive Corrugation and Straightening(RCS),and the two kinds of rolling processes has been compared and analyzed. The ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element simulation software has been used to simulate the bending deformation process with the rolling reduction of 8% and 20%.The maximum rolling force is 4.38176 e + 08 N when the reduction amount is 8%.The metal in the contact position of rolled piece and roll wave crest flows faster. After rolling, the deformation of the plate is relatively uniform and the rolled piece is able to the continuous production. When the reduction amount is 20%,there is a large fluctuation in the width direction of the rolled product, which can not be used for continuous production. There are three different ratio(1.14,1.26,1.39)used in the asynchronous rolling. The shape of the Repetitive Corrugation and Straightening roller is the three section tangent arc with the radius of 18 mm and 26 mm.When the rolling red uction is 30%,the average grain sizes of the three groups are 97.8?m,89.3?m,84.1?m,and the grain size after RCS is 79.4?m.There are small crushed grains near the grain boundary. With the increase of the rolling reduction, the grain sizes of the three groups are smaller, and the grains are further elongated. No more crushed grains are observed. The uniaxial tensile test has been carried out on the rolled sample after 30% reduction. The tensile strength of the specimen after the RCS is 381 MPa and the yield strength is 374 MPa,which is higher than the rolled piece with the asynchronous rolling. The elongation at break of the workpiece is lower, only 6.31%.With the increase of different ratio, the tensile strength and yield strength of the rolled steel are also increased, and the elongation after rolling is smaller.
