Ecological environment evaluation has great significance for regional environmental protection and resources utilization.Resources,environment and society are three aspects of ecological evaluation.Determination of the index weight is usually very important for ecological environment evaluation.Many scholars pay their attention to the weight method research.On the one hand,the traditional subjective method completely rely on decision makers experience and professional knowledge which is easy to cause strong subjective preference,on the other hand,the objective method completely depends on measured data without considering decision makers experience and professional knowledge.For the limitations of traditional subjective weighing method and objective weighing method,a new subjective weight way was proposed in this study.The new method was used to evaluate the ecological carrying capacity of Shandong peninsula blue economic zone.We mainly evaluate the supporting capacity of the geological environment,the supply ability of the water resources and the economy coordinated ability.The main achievements are as follows:(1)We proposed a new weight ways,which made a fusion between the non-structural fuzzy number and triangular fuzzy number by using fuzzy mathematics principle.The advantages of the new method are that weighting process comply with logic of thought of policy makers from macroscopic to microscopic and that considering three different attitudes(pessimistic,neutral,optimistic)of the policy maker.At last we assess the ecological bearing capacity and mariculture space partition suitability of demonstration area by using the method.we also make a fusion between subjective and objective weighting method(CRITIC and entropy method)through using multiplication operator to assess the bearing capacity of ecological economy of the demonstration counties.(2)In the evaluation of geological carrying capacity,we build geologic bearing capacity evaluation index system based on the pressure-state-response model in the demonstration zone,then using the unstructured triangular fuzzy number method,we evaluated the geological bearing capacity of demonstration area.The result showed that: Zhaoyuan and Gaoqing are the biggest bearing capacity;ShouGuang and ChangYi cities are in the minimum geological environment bearing potential;Binzhou and Dongying are medium bearing capacity.(3)We take mariculture of Yellow River delta as an example for evaluation the ecological resources carrying capacity.Firstly,we established spatial distribution of the mariculture suitability by using the new subjective weighting method.Secondly,we calculated the maximum breeding capacity by pollutants control method.The results showed that most of estuary waters are suitable culture zones,less part is a appropriate,and Hekou is the most suitable for mariculture.The experimental result showed that COD is the main constraint factors.Fish breeding capacity is the largest,followed by the crabs.(4)By constructing the evaluation index system of ecological economy bearing capacity in laizhou bay coastal cities,we made a fusion between subjective and objective weighting method(Entropy value method and CRITIC)to assess the economy bearing capacity in demonstration counties.The evaluation result showed that Guangrao,Zhaoyuan,Changyi,Laizhou cities are in the highest harmony series of the ecological sustainability.The supply ability of ecological resources and environment support social and economic development.Dongying,Lijin,Hekou,Zhanhua are in the medium ecological sustainability series,and Shouguang,Kenki,Longkou,Bincheng,Wudi are in the lowest series.
