Storage mat jack-up platform is an offshore platform of technology innovation in recent years,which not only has a large underwater oil storage capacity but also can realize the integration of drilling,production and storage.This kind of platform is well suited to the exploitation of marginal field.It can significantly reduce the cost of marginal oilfield exploitation,and increasing crude production benefits with better continuity of production.To store oil in the oil storage tank of the jack-up platform,it needs the support of mat ballast technology,oil transportation technology,oil heat preservation technology,and the oil riser design and installation technology.This article will study and design these following key technologies,including the structure design and optimization of the oil storage mat,the design and installation of the oil riser,the heat preservation solution and crude oil heating plan formulation research,etc.At first,this article designs the whole structural system according to the design requirements of oil storage mat,and the structure design of the storage mat shell,oil storage tank and ballast tank has completed.What's more,the location of oil storage tank and ballast tank is in a more reasonable place,and the design of pile legs and the oil risers installation has also finished according to the structure characteristics of the oil storage mat.Based on the design above,optimized design of structure was complicated by the overall stress analysis combined with the oil storage mat stress distribution.In the second place,based on the working principle of storage mat,this article studies the technology of crude oil storage in oil storage tank and crude oil transmission,then finished the design of pile legs and oil risers installation.The installation of the oil risers which distribute in truss framed legs can severely affect the performance of the oil risers.However,we can solve the above problem through the following three steps.Firstly,in order to get the stress nephogram and displacement nephogram,the basic mechanical analysis was carried out on the oil risers.Then,the mechanics analysis of the pipe clamp in different installation method was conducted.At last,the design of the pipe clamp and its optimized installation was made.At last,the overall heat dissipation model of the crude oil in the oil storage tank of the storage mat was established based on the influence of the process of heat preservation of the crude oil in oil storage tank caused by the heat dissipation method of the crude oil in oil storage tank during the process of storage,the cross beam and the longitudinal bone.According to this model,we draw the regularity of heat dissipation in the cases that the oil storage tank without adding insulation and thermal insulation layer,while the height of the crude oil is 1.5 meters,3.0 meters,and 5 meters.We can know the time when the temperature of crude oil goes down to 60 degree by extracting temperature variation of the key points of the crude oil in the storage tank.Therefore,it can provide theoretical guidance during the process of design both in heat preservation and heating of the crude oil.
