From the background of catalytic reforming process of Qingdao Refinery Filiale and on the basis of actual production characteristics of the device,a lumped kinetic model is built up in order to guide the practical operation and optimization of reforming catalytic unit.After the thoroughly study of the processing characteristic and reaction mechanism of catalytic reforming,taking account of the extension and application of the model and its accuracy and adaptability,the catalytic reforming reaction system is divided into 14 lumps,besides,the reaction network and the mathematical expressions of the model are determined.Different from former methods,which use the literature values as model parameters,the catalytic reforming of Hydrotreated naphtha with PS-VI catalyst is performed on a fixed-bed micro-reaction pilot unit.The parameters of the 14-lump kinetic model are determined by MATLAB,using catalytic reforming experiment results and least square method,based on a step by step estimation method.The model is verified by several experimental results,then the calculated values with this model are compared with the experimental values through residual analysis,and the results show that it is reasonable and reliable.At the end,the effect of the operating conditions on the product yields is predicted with this model,and conduct optimizing calculation for aromatics,which is the main product,and the result shows that the prediction of the model corresponds well to the rule of catalytic reforming.All the parameters in this paper are calculated with experimental data,and the model is fine with small errors,targeted and of practical significance.The study also shows that this model is an important reference to guide the actual production and to optimize the structure of products.
