The shortage of water resources and water pollution has become a focus issue of the today's world,so the research on wastewater treatment methods and technologies have received widespread attention in recent years.Adsorption method is commonly used in sewage treatment.Cotton pulp cellulose as a rich resource, biodegradable and renewable natural polymer materials with the advantage of nontoxic and low price,is an ideal environment-friendly materials. Therefore, cotton pulp cellulose has a broad range of applications. In this paper, cellulose hydrogel composite materials had been successfully prepared by using cotton pulp cellulose as raw materials. The contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The regenerated cellulose(RCE)hydrogels were successfully prepared via an easy and green environmental method in N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide(NMMO)aqueous solution. The effect of cellulose content on the thermostability properties, swelling behavior and retention rate of hydrogels was investigated. The thermostability of RCE hydrogels was slightly enhanced with the addition of 8 wt%cellulose, the highest decomposition temperature rose from 335 ? to 352 ?,and the least heat loss is about 75.60%.The equilibrium swelling ratio increases from394.12% for 3% cellulose hydrogels to 619.46% for 8% cellulose hydrogels.(2)Cellulose hydrogels reinforced by graphene oxide(GO)were successfully prepared using N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide(NMMO)as the environmentally friendly and nontoxic solvent. The thermal stability of hydrogels was enhanced with increasing GO content. With the addition of 10 wt% GO,the swelling behavior of the hydrogel increased from 468.25% to 706.96%,whereas the water content increased from 84.20% to 87.61%.With the addition of 5 wt% GO,the absorption of copper and chromium ions up to 954 ?g/g,903.4 ?g/g,respectively,by the composite hydrogels.(3)The GO-PEI-CE composite hydrogels were successfully prepared via an easy and green environmental method in N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide(NMMO)aqueous solution. The results show that the cellulose and polyethyleneimine were combined closely, which reduced the holes structure of composite hydrogels.Graphene oxide were wrapped on the surface of cellulose. With the addition of 5 wt% GO,the highest decomposition temperature was 357 ?,the least heat loss is about 90%,and the absorption of copper and chromium ions up to 1177 ?g/g,4317 ?g/g,respectively.
