In recent years,many aerospace engine roulette parts,gas turbine blades,aircraft and rocket structures on the complex needs of space more accurate,making five-axis machining more and more important,and because of the five-axis machine freedom,high precision,The machine can not cause a collision,so the five-axis machine needs to do a cutting simulation before performing the cutting process.In this paper,we use the virtual five-axis machine as the topic,how to be used by Pro / ENGINEER,Power MILL and VERICUT three software to realize the machine geometry model,the movement model establishment and the process simulation.Based on Pro / E software,the 3D system of Doosn_VMD630 five-axis machine is modeled and the simulated five-axis machine model is constructed and configured.Then,the key technology of five-axis machine tool simulation is studied.Such as the initial setting of the five-axis machine,such as interference detection,machine initialization location,installation of machine control system files,machine running track.At the same time,a tool magazine is created,and the model of the bank and fixture system module is built.The virtual processing system platform based on Doosn_VMD630 five-axis machine is likewise built.Finally,the use of Doosn_VMD630 five-axis machine virtual machining system platform,combined with Power MILL,VERICUT software,the successful completion of the engine impeller NC machining simulation,and the focus placed on the machine collision,cutting,processing quality inspection,CNC machining The simulation process makes it possible to ensure the accuracy,operability and safety of the actual NC program and process,minimizing the loss of some workpiece scrap or machine crash wear due to incorrect programming errors.In this paper,the author examines the contents of the theoretical research of the impeller,and proves that it is a feasible method to combine Pro / E,Power MILL and VERICUT for virtual machine tool technology research.
