As resin adhesive,Al-plastic tape was the glue that binds melt surface and polyolefin resin.The heat glue,including primarily LLDPE-g-MAH as well as EAA and EVA or blends,the adhesive properties of heat glue could exert great influence on the stability of transmitted signal as well as good water and oil resistance or natural life of use.In this research,Laponite/LLDPE-g-MAH?LLDPE-g-MAH/EVA(without Laponite)and LLDPE-g-MAH/EAA(without Laponite)composites were prepared.The mechanical properties?peeling strength and shear strength were tested by electronic universal testing machine,The temperature dependency and dynamic rheological behavior of composites were tested by rotary rheometer,The crystallization behavior and morphology were tested by DSC and polarized optical microscope.Laponite/LLDPE-g-MAH composite was prepared by melt grafted,With the contents of Laponite increasing,Tensile strength of Laponite/LLDPE-g-MAH increased from 21.32 MPa to 23.32 MPa,Elongation of LLDPE-g-MAH increased from 1325.47%to 1482.90%,grafting rate of MAH increased from 0.6%to 0.85%;over 1.5phr,Tensile strength and elongation of Laponite/LLDPE-g-MAH reduced to 21.07 MPa and 1421.97%,grafting rate of MAH reduced also.From dynamic rheological behavior,It can be summarized that The slope of tails on Tunning natural frequencies scan increased first,then decreased,The Cole-Cole plots increases first,then decreases,It can be draw from crystallization behavior that the melting temperature increased from 122.53? to 127.58? then reduced to 123.01?,the melt and crystallization enthalpy increased from 33.90 J/g and 46.70 J/g to 36.08 J/g and 48.79 J/g respectively then reduced to 34.31 J/g and 46.37 J/g respectively.The crystallization rate index of composites increased first from 2.0·10-4 to 5.2·10-4,then reduced to 4.1·10-4,t1/2 of composites decreased first from 13.99 s to 11.68 s,then increased to 12.46 s.LLDPE-g-MAH/EAA and LLDPE-g-MAH/EVA composites were prepared by melt blend,The shear strength and peel strength of LLDPE-g-MAH/EAA were 13.36 N/mm and 2.85 N/cm,increasing by 22.04%and 80.77%than LLDPE-g-MAH/EVA composites,The compatility between EAA and LLDPE-g-MAH was better than EVA;with temperature increasing,It draw from dynamic rheological behavior that The relaxion index of LLDPE-g-MAH/EAA increased first from 21.33 to 23.99,then increased to 12.81,The characteristic relaxation time reduced gradually,The temperature dependence of LLDPE-g-MAH/EAA had in common with LLDPE-g-MAH;relaxion index of LLDPE-g-MAH/EVA usually hold steady at 13.40 and had no temperature dependence,The characteristic relaxation time usually hold steady at 9.54 s The TTS principal curves of LLDPE-g-MAH/EAA were not completely coincide in whole frequency,TTS principal curves of LLDPE-g-MAH/EVA were overlapping in high frequency,but not overlapping in low frequency,It can be draw from crystallization behavior that Tm of LLDPE-g-MAH/EAA and LLDPE-g-MAH/EVA reduced gradually,as well as ?Hm and ?Hc,It could infer that the poor compatibility of blends lead to the crystallinity decreased.
