It is very important to improve the metallurgical production efficiency and product quality by monitoring the change of element content in the process of alloy smelting and regulating the control process of smelting furnace.With its advantages in real-time,in situ and non-contact detection,LIBS online detection technology has been widely used in many fields.In practical application,it is more suitable for the detection of relatively stable samples,but the measurement results of unstable samples are not good.Through the study,it is found that there are some regular changes in the sample state during the alloying process,which can be compensated by the appropriate method,which makes the promotion of LIBS in the field of metallurgical testing.This paper first gives a brief description of the technical background and research status of LIBS metallurgical testing.Then,the process of smelting alloy was simulated under laboratory conditions,and the temperature curve of the smelting alloy was obtained by real-time monitoring.According to the curve,the variation law of the sample temperature was analyzed;the cause of the variation of temperature is introduced.Then,the paper studies the influence of sample temperature change on the measurement spectrum of LIBS,and finds out the relationship between sample temperature and spectral intensity by formula derivation.By adding proper temperature compensation to eliminate the measurement accuracy of sample temperature change.On the other hand,through the study of the actual metallurgical site,we found that in the actual smelting process,as the temperature of the smelting furnace increases,the alloy sample surface usually forms a layer of metal vapor,and the formation of metal vapor will be LIBS Metallurgical detection accuracy caused by the impact.Through the study we found that there is a certain relationship between the amount of metal vapor produced and the sample temperature,and the effect of metal vapor on LIBS metallurgical detection can be eliminated by adding appropriate temperature compensation.Finally,the article studies and improves the traditional smelting furnace control system,and applies the sample temperature compensation scheme to the improved smelting furnace control system,realizes the real-time temperature compensation of LIBS metallurgical measurement,and then through the actual industrial smelting Improved the control of the smelting furnace to verify the program,and achieved the desired results.
